As reported by Bloody Disgusting, actor Bruce Campbell has confirmed that he will be back playing iconic Evil Dead fighter, Ash Williams in a new video game being developed. His comment also suggests that it may be a virtual reality game.
Despite announcing that after the Ash vs Evil Dead Starz TV series was cancelled he would no longer play Ash again, Campbell has now said:
“Oh no no, that’s different, I have previous obligations I have to fulfil. They are doing a video game. A whole immersive kind of dealio. I’ll be Ash for that, because I wouldn’t want someone else’s voice hamming it up.”
