The Keeping Hours is a 2016 American supernatural romantic horror film directed by Karen Moncrieff (The Dead Girl) from a screenplay by Rebecca Sonnenshine (The Haunting of Molly Hartley). Jason Blum (Halloween; Unfriended: Dark Web; Get Out; et al) produced the film via Blumhouse Productions. The movie stars Lee Pace, Carrie Coon, Amy Smart and Ray Baker.
Successful attorney Mark (Lee Pace) returns to his old house after the renters skipped out on rent. While there he experiences a supernatural event that forces him to reach out to his ex-wife (Carrie Coon). Ten years after their son’s death, a ghost will help reunite the estranged couple and deliver a message of life or death…
