Bad Samaritan is a 2018 American horror thriller film directed by Dean Devlin from a screenplay by Brandon Boyce; it stars David Tennant, Robert Sheehan, Kerry Condon, Jacqueline Byers, Carlito Olivero, and Lisa Brenner.
A poor restaurant valet uses the cars entrusted to him by the restaurant clientele to break into their homes.
One night, he finds more than he bargained for when breaking into one house only to discover a woman imprisoned there.
Frightened of going to jail, he abandons her and calls the police, only to find himself in a game of cat-and-mouse with the psychotic home owner…
Bad Samaritan is due for release on 3 May 2018 in Singapore, with a US release slated for the next day.

Production:
On September 16, 2013, it was announced that Dean Devlin’s Electric Entertainment had bought the thriller script No Good Deed written by Brandon Boyce, which Marc Roskin would make his directorial debut, and would be produced by Devlin, Roskin, and Rachel Olschan.
On August 25, 2016, it was reported that Devlin would direct the film, in which David Tennant was cast to play one of the owners whose home gets burgled by the two car valets.
On September 22, 2016, Robert Sheehan was also cast in the film to play the other car valet.
On November 29, 2016, Carlito Olivero joined the cast of the film.
Principal photography on the film began early 2017 in Portland, Oregon.
