The Red Letter Entertainment film stars Cindy Maples, Jennifer Nangle and Jordan Phipps.
Former Evanescence drummer Rocky Gray (who composed the soundtracks for The Barn and Killing Floor: Uncovered) makes his directorial debut. The 10.31 soundtrack also includes bands such as Rebel Flesh and They Act Human.
