An American Werewolf in London is a 2018 American comedy horror film in active development.
As reported by Deadline, an official remake of John Landis’ classic 1981 comedy horror film has been greenlighted by Universal Pictures, with the director’s son, Max Landis, writing and directing. The Walking Dead‘s David Albert and Robert Kirkman are producing through their Skybound Entertainment company.
The news comes after John Landis and filmmaker Anthony Waller, who directed the inferior sequel An American Werewolf in Paris, came to deal over rights.
