Hush is a 2016 American psychological horror film directed by Mike Flanagan (Absentia; Oculus; Before I Wake) from a screenplay co-written with Kate Siegel for Intrepid Pictures and Blumhouse Productions.
After premiering at the SXSW festival, the film is being released on US Netflix from April 8, 2016.

Plot:
After an accident robbed her of her hearing as a teenager, author Maddie Young began to lead a life of seclusion. As an adult she spends her time in an isolated cabin out in the woods, but Maddie soon realises she is no longer alone and is now being hunted by a masked killer…
