Clinger is a 2015 comedy horror film directed by Michael Steves from a screenplay co-written with Gabi Chennisi Duncombe and Bubba Fish.

When her overly-attentive high school boyfriend, Robert (Vincent Martella), dies in a gruesome accident, Fern’s (Jennifer Laporte) life is thrown into turmoil.
Senior year gets more complicated when Robert returns from the dead as a love-sick ghost and tries to rekindle their romance. But being dead only exacerbates Robert’s possessiveness, and things take a deadly turn when Fern tries to break up with him. Robert realizes that the only way to save his relationship is to kill his high school sweetheart so they can be together for eternity….
